Ingredients: In various proportions: Astragalus membranaceus, Gallium aparine, Cymbopogon citratus, Hibiscus Rosa-chinensis, Plantago lanceolata, Thymus vulgaris.

  • Astragalus membranaceus – A powerful adaptogenic herb in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Astragalus is known for its ability to strengthen the immune system. It stimulates white blood cell production and enhances the body's resistance to infections, particularly viral and respiratory illnesses. Rich in polysaccharides and saponins, it also possesses anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, helping to protect cells from damage while supporting overall immune resilience.

  • Galium aparine (Cleavers) – This herb is valued for its lymphatic-cleansing properties, making it an excellent choice for immune support. By promoting lymphatic drainage, cleavers help remove toxins and waste, preventing infections and reducing inflammation. It is also known for its mild antimicrobial and diuretic effects, which can assist in flushing out pathogens and supporting the body's natural detoxification processes.

  • Cymbopogon citratus (Lemongrass) – Known for its antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties, lemongrass is a useful herb for fighting infections and boosting immunity. It contains citral, a compound with potent antimicrobial activity that can help prevent bacterial and fungal infections. Additionally, lemongrass supports respiratory health, reduces inflammation, and provides a rich source of antioxidants that help strengthen immune defences.

  • Hibiscus rosa-sinensis – This vibrant flower is packed with vitamin C, a crucial nutrient for immune function. It possesses antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, making it effective in combating infections, particularly those affecting the respiratory and digestive systems. Hibiscus also acts as an antioxidant, helping to reduce oxidative stress and support overall immune health.

  • Plantago lanceolata (Ribwort Plantain) – A well-known remedy for respiratory infections, Plantago lanceolata is rich in mucilage, which soothes irritated mucous membranes and supports lung health. Its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties make it effective against coughs, colds, and throat infections. Additionally, its immune-modulating effects help strengthen the body's defences against pathogens.

  • Thymus vulgaris (Thyme) – A powerful antimicrobial and immune-boosting herb, thyme contains thymol, a natural compound with strong antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties. It is particularly effective for respiratory infections, helping to clear congestion and fight harmful microbes. Thyme also supports digestion and overall immune health by promoting gut balance, which plays a crucial role in immune function.
