Ingredients: In various proportions: Calendula officinalis, Centella asiatica, Zingiber officinale, Inula helenium, Trigonella foenum-graceum, Illicium verum.

  • Calendula officinalis (Calendula) – Calendula is a gentle yet powerful herb for gut health, known for its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. It soothes the digestive tract, reduces gut irritation, and supports the healing of leaky gut syndrome. Calendula also helps balance the gut microbiome by reducing harmful bacteria while supporting beneficial flora, promoting overall digestive comfort and resilience.

  • Centella asiatica (Gotu Kola) – Though often associated with brain health, Gotu Kola also supports gut healing by reducing inflammation and improving circulation to the digestive organs. It has mild antimicrobial properties that help regulate the gut microbiome while promoting tissue repair, making it beneficial for conditions like ulcers or gut lining damage. Additionally, it supports nervous system balance, which is crucial for maintaining a healthy gut-brain connection.

  • Zingiber officinale (Ginger) – Ginger is a well-known digestive aid that stimulates digestive enzyme production, reduces bloating, and relieves nausea. It has antimicrobial properties that help maintain a balanced gut microbiome while reducing inflammation in the digestive tract. Ginger also supports gut motility, helping to prevent sluggish digestion and promoting the smooth movement of food and waste through the intestines.

  • Inula helenium (Elecampane) – Elecampane is rich in inulin, a prebiotic fiber that nourishes beneficial gut bacteria and supports microbiome balance. It also has expectorant and antimicrobial properties, helping to clear unwanted pathogens from the digestive system. Additionally, it soothes intestinal inflammation and supports healthy digestion, making it useful for those with irritable bowel symptoms or chronic digestive imbalances.

  • Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) – Fenugreek is a mucilaginous herb that helps soothe the digestive tract while promoting beneficial gut bacteria growth. It aids digestion by reducing acidity and inflammation in the stomach and intestines. Fenugreek also supports blood sugar balance, which is closely linked to gut health and microbiome stability, making it beneficial for metabolic and digestive harmony.

  • Illicium verum (Star Anise) – Star anise has carminative and antimicrobial properties that help reduce bloating, gas, and digestive discomfort. It contains anethole, a compound that supports digestion by stimulating enzyme production and balancing gut flora. Additionally, its warming nature helps improve sluggish digestion and supports the body’s ability to maintain a balanced gut environment.
